MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

It is with profound humility and immense pride that I once again accept the privilege of serving as President for Society of the Golden Keys Malaysia.
​
Leadership is never about holding a title, it is about serving a purpose. Throughout my years with Les Clefs d'Or, I have regarded this responsibility not as a position of authority, but as a commitment to preserve the values, traditions and professional excellence that have defined our association for generations.
​
Having had the honour of serving as a President previously, I stepped aside to embrace one of the principles that makes every great organisation stronger, allowing new leaders to emerge, contribute fresh perspectives and continue our shared journey. Today, I return with renewed purpose, deeply honoured by the confidence our members have once again placed in me.

Malaysia has earned the respect of the international Les Clefs d'Or community through the dedication and professionalism of its members. It is our collective responsibility to continue building upon that legacy by nurturing future concierge professionals, strengthening the bonds of fellowship among members, embracing innovation without compromising our traditions and proudly representing our country on the international stage.

Les Clefs d'Or is far more than a professional organisation. It is a global family bound together by trust, friendship, integrity, unwavering passion for exceptional service and our greatest strength will continue to be our unity. Together, we must inspire the next generation, support one another with generosity, respect and remain steadfast in our commitment to the highest standards of our profession. The future of Les Clefs d'Or belongs not to one individual, but to every member who wears the golden keys with honour and lives our values each day.

To our members in Malaysia, thank you for your confidence, friendship and unwavering dedication. To our colleagues and friends across the international Les Clefs d'Or family, I extend my sincere appreciation for your continued camaraderie and collaboration. Together, we will continue to strengthen the bonds that unite us and ensure that the proud traditions of our association remain as relevant and inspiring for future generations as they have been for those who came before us.

Society of the Golden Keys Malaysia had a wonderful evening of fellowship, fun and friendship during our members’ bowling activity recently at Ampang Superbowl, Berjaya Times Square, Kuala Lumpur @asb_berjayatimessquare.
It was a splendid gathering filled with laughter and friendly competition, as our members showcased their bowling skills with confidence and style! Beyond the strikes and spares, the evening provided a wonderful opportunity to strengthen bonds, share joyful moments and enjoy each other’s company in a relaxed and lively atmosphere.
More than just a bowling activity, it was a celebration of camaraderie and the meaningful connections that bring us together. Our sincere appreciation goes to everyone who joined us and made the evening a memorable one. Here’s to more wonderful gatherings, lasting friendships and many more moments of fellowship together!

Society of The Golden Keys Malaysia gathered for a delightful dinner at Manja Kuala Lumpur @manjakualalumpur, nestled within a beautifully restored 100-year-old colonial building. Manja offers a unique interpretation of modern colonial cuisine, bringing together Malaysian flavours, local ingredients and culinary influences from across the former British colonies.
Our sincere appreciation goes to Mr. Navin Karu @navinkaru, Owner of Manja, and his dedicated team for their warm welcome and gracious hospitality. We are truly thankful for the wonderful experience, from the thoughtfully curated dishes and beautiful presentation to the charming ambience that made the evening even more special. Every detail reflected the team's passion and commitment to creating an exceptional dining experience.

Our September Bi-Monthly Meeting, held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, Kuala Lumpur, was a meaningful gathering that celebrated professional development, knowledge sharing, and the enduring spirit of friendship that defines Les Clefs d’Or.Â
We extend our sincere appreciation to the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre @klccconventioncentre for graciously hosting our meeting and for providing such a welcoming environment for our members. Our heartfelt gratitude goes to Mr. Robert Hatton-Jones, Acting General Manager; Ms. Wai Kay Kwok, Deputy Director of Operations; Mr. Vijey Krish, Catering Manager; Mr. Azizulhermy @luzizasaila77, Concierge and the entire team at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre for their warm hospitality, generous support, and meticulous arrangements, which contributed greatly to the success of our gathering. A special thank you to the accidental bakers @theaccidentalbakers for their delicious dessert.

The Society of the Golden Keys Malaysia had the pleasure of experiencing an exciting evening at Combat Shooting Club (CSC) by Combat Baze @combatshootingclub, home to Malaysia’s largest indoor shooting range. Located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, CSC is a private shooting and lifestyle club that offers a unique and exclusive experience.
Our sincere appreciation goes to the Founders & CEO, Dato' Dr Patrick Ong, Special Officer Mr. Donovan Lee Shyun Hyn, and the entire team for their warm hospitality and for making this experience both educational and memorable. It was truly a remarkable evening of learning, bonding, and an unforgettable shooting experience, definitely one for the books.

We had the privilege of cruising along Sungai Juru, Penang, where nature, adventure, and discovery came together in one unforgettable journey.
The Penang River Cruise @penang_river_cruise offers more than just a scenic ride, it is an opportunity to experience the river’s rich ecosystem, spot local wildlife, take in breath taking surroundings, and witness the fascinating meeting point between the river and the sea. A truly refreshing experience that brings you closer to nature while uncovering the beauty and stories that flow along the river.
The experience went beyond sightseeing. On our way back to the deck, we also had the opportunity to contribute to a river-cleaning activity. Although it was a small effort, it was a meaningful reminder that appreciating our natural surroundings also comes with a responsibility to protect and preserve them for future generations.Â
