It is with profound humility and immense pride that I once again accept the privilege of serving as President for Society of the Golden Keys Malaysia.

Leadership is never about holding a title, it is about serving a purpose. Throughout my years with Les Clefs d'Or, I have regarded this responsibility not as a position of authority, but as a commitment to preserve the values, traditions and professional excellence that have defined our association for generations.

​

Having had the honour of serving as a President previously, I stepped aside to embrace one of the principles that makes every great organisation stronger, allowing new leaders to emerge, contribute fresh perspectives and continue our shared journey. Today, I return with renewed purpose, deeply honoured by the confidence our members have once again placed in me.

Malaysia has earned the respect of the international Les Clefs d'Or community through the dedication and professionalism of its members. It is our collective responsibility to continue building upon that legacy by nurturing future concierge professionals, strengthening the bonds of fellowship among members, embracing innovation without compromising our traditions and proudly representing our country on the international stage.

Les Clefs d'Or is far more than a professional organisation. It is a global family bound together by trust, friendship, integrity, unwavering passion for exceptional service and our greatest strength will continue to be our unity. Together, we must inspire the next generation, support one another with generosity, respect and remain steadfast in our commitment to the highest standards of our profession. The future of Les Clefs d'Or belongs not to one individual, but to every member who wears the golden keys with honour and lives our values each day.

To our members in Malaysia, thank you for your confidence, friendship and unwavering dedication. To our colleagues and friends across the international Les Clefs d'Or family, I extend my sincere appreciation for your continued camaraderie and collaboration. Together, we will continue to strengthen the bonds that unite us and ensure that the proud traditions of our association remain as relevant and inspiring for future generations as they have been for those who came before us.
